Inside the factory, we complete customer orders slotting, broaching and assembling mechanical parts, cutting the raw material with two saws up to a maximum diameter of 330 mm.
The MIG welding operations are both manual and robotized with rotating platform.
Machining centres consisting of vertical machines (with pallets 1050x500 and 800x400) and horizontal (with overall dimensions of 560 mm in diameter and 630 mm in height), enables to support a more rapid and economic execution there where work on turning centres are heavy and expensive.
In rest machining department, we have all machines that allow us to create special one turning and turning centres. Those have counter spindle, C / Y-axis and front and axial driven tools to realize the most complex parts, so that each location works in a single cycle both faces of the commissioned product.
Our bar machining department consists of turning units with advanced equipment.
