Our bar machining department consists of turning units with advanced equipment.
All systems are equipped with counter spindle, C axis / Y and driven tools, both front and axial.The combination of these technologies allows realization both in a single step, thus avoiding dimensional imperfections of concentricity and geometry.
The great variety of machines allow us to work from a diameter of five up to a diameter of a hundred, so to satisfy any kind of customer request.
The materials are soft steel, iron, alloy and high-alloy steel, hardened, stainless steel, duplex, aluminium, brass, bronze and plastics.
We meticulously control each order in the measuring room with the help of a new CMM 3D coordinate high performance, offering a CMM accurate that is able to capture the most particular of small pieces, thanks to its advanced optical components.
