Machining centres consisting of vertical machines (with pallets 1050x500 and 800x400) and horizontal (with overall dimensions of 560 mm in diameter and 630 mm in height), enables to support a more rapid and economic execution there where work on turning centres are heavy and expensive.
The machining centres are also equipped with cubic four- and six-sided, with modular clamps and jigs dedicated to the realization of medium and large production of special small size.
In case the request is of small series, there is the possibility of realizing the special commissioned on the vertical centres with divider interfaced with the CNC.
The materials are soft steel, iron, alloy and high-alloy steel, hardened, stainless steel, duplex, aluminium, brass, bronze and plastics.Both from fusion or from bar.
